Corsair 28 Center-cockpit Model

The Corsair 28 Center-cockpit offers a functional and spacious interior. Berths include a double forward, individual settees/bunks on each side of the main cabin area, and a cozy double bunk in the aft-cabin. On deck, there's a huge amount of space and the fully enclosed center cockpit offers ease for shorthanded sailing and increased safety on open ocean passages. Longer and beamier than the earlier F-27, but lighter weight, the 28 retains and improves the outstanding ability to be quickly and very easily trailered anywhere. Bert Kornyei and crew have done numerous ocean races including two Marblehead to Halifax, Nova Scotia races including one in winds close to 50 knots!
