Study Plans

The study plans serve as the starting point to confirm that the client is ready to proceed. These general designs show layouts, elevations, and a rough sail plan and are produced nearly free of charge by the designer. Once the study plans are accepted detailed plans incorporating all details, amendments, and client ideas are produced which the client purchases. We make sure that the final plans are complete, and usable by a builder.
