Corsair F-24 Mk II #74 (1996) - NEW LISTING
The Corsair 24 is the perfect weekend racer/cruiser. It's lightweight, and easily trailerable with minimal setup time. On the water performance is outstanding with speeds into the low to mid-teens easily attainable by the average sailor. The mast is easily raised or lowered by one person using the trailer winch or one of the jib sheet winches. The flexible sail plan gives the F-24 all-round performance in a wide range of conditions and is easy to handle. It sports a fully-battened, square-top mainsail, which places more sail area aloft to take best advantage of light air. The working jib may be either hank-on or roller furled. The F-24 employs a single, carbon- reinforced daggerboard situated in the main hull. This is an efficient foil of uniform section that minimizes drag while enhancing lift, boat speed and overall performance. This boat was purchased by the late owner in 2024, who sailed the boat in Maine for only a year. The boat has spent most of its life in fresh water on Lake Champlain. It is ready to go.

~ This boat has the grey interior carpet liner and complementary blue cushions in very good condition. The interior is clean. There is custom shelving for storage in main cabin, and custom storage bags under the settees.
~ The F-24 MkII sleeps 2 in the main cabin and 2 in the v-berth.
~ The main cabin is easily converted to a full width double bunk using the custom double bunk insert. The cushions then neatly fill the area.
~ There is a Joolca porta-potti included with this boat.
~ There is no galley. For cruising simply bring along a portable camping stove, jugs of water, your choice of china, plastic or paper plates, a dishpan and you're ready to go.
