Hull #299 is a very clean boat - lovingly maintained by the owner The Corsair 24 is the perfect weekend racer/cruiser. It's lightweight, and easily trailerable with minimal setup time. On the water performance is outstanding with speeds into the low to mid-teens easily attainable by the average sailor. Shorter boom, big squarehead mainsail • Custom Carbon Fiber Micro roller boom. • Custom Carbon Fiber Bow Sprit with synthetic stays • New mast and running rigging - 2020 • Beautiful interior with built-in marine head • New Tohatsu Sail Pro 6HP outboard - 2020 Purchased 2nd hand in 2007. Raced successfully in New England 2008-2013. Retired from racing in 2013 for a more docile lifestyle. Boat flipped on mooring in tornado in 2019. Fully repaired with the following NEW equipment: mast and rigging, all running rigging, electrical system, instruments and outboard motor in 2020.

GALLEY

There is no galley. For cruising simply bring along a portable camping stove, jugs of water, your choice of china, plastic or paper plates, a dishpan and you're ready to go. Or call the launch (or inflate the dinghy) to take you ashore to a restaurant!

ACCOMMODATIONS

This boat has a grey interior carpet liner and custom green patterned Sunbrella cushions with matching/contrasting pillows in very good condition. The interior is very clean. • The F-24 Mk II sleeps 2 in the v-berth plus 2 in the main cabin. • This boat is equipped with a marine toilet (located to port of the daggerboard trunk under a hinged section of the settee). There is also a holding tank under the v-berth.

Added new dyneema luff tape in 2020 goes up and down by hand easily. • 2010: Glaser Jib. Carbon DPL paneled construction. Soft hanks, full battened - this is a hank-on jib • 2012: North Carbon paneled Screacher. Low cut to sheet to rail of the boat. Colligo large furler. Adjustable sheeting angle. Used less than 10 times. • 2010: Quantum Spinnaker. Designed and built in Australia by Quantum with skiff like trailing edge and slight extension of the bow sprit.
