CONSTRUCTION

Hand laid vacuum bagged process using premium marine grade gelcoat, vinylester skins, PVC closed-cell foam core(unsinkable) and carbon reinforcements.

The Sea Rails were built by Phil Medley who was head of production at Corsair Marine for over 20 yrs and oversaw the factory's move from Chula Vista, CA to HCMC, Vietnam)

~ 30' Aluminum mast with a 2:1 main halyard ~ Colligo synthetic furling torque-line forestay ~ Dyneema shrouds with 12:1 adjustable canting system with safety stops ~ Self tacking jib system with a 2:1 jib sheet ~ Traveler track with custom windward-sheeting traveler ~ Custom 4 foot aluminum bow pole with attached furler (also the original 2 foot aluminum bow pole) ~ 6:1 Main sheet system ~ Rotator control tackle ~ Cunningham ~ Dyneema knotless netting ~ Composite daggerboard ~ Composite dagger rudder ~ Aluminum rudder case and tiller handle with tiller extension ~ Outboard motor mounting bracket ~ Mast raising system ~ Forward and aft mast supports ~ Lockable watertight companionway hatch ~ Forward storage area / single berth ~ Rocna 22lb anchor, stainless chin and rode

There are 2 Full Sets Of Sails, all with sail bags: ~ 2015 - Smyth square top boomless main; black. ~ 2015 - Smyth self-tacking roller furling jib; black with gray ATN mooring sock ~ 2015 - Smyth roller-furling asymmetrical spinnaker; gecko green ~ 2014 - Whirlwind square top boomless main; greyish with 2 sets of reefing points, reefing clips, clue loops and quick-release reefing set-up. ~ 2014 - Whirlwind self-tacking roller furling jib; greyish ~ 2014 - Whirlwind furling asymmetrical spinnaker - never used ~ 2015 - Dyneema spinnaker catchers which attach from bow sprit to float beams
