CONSTRUCTION

Hand laid vacuum bagged process using premium marine grade gelcoat, vinylester skins, PVC closed-cell foam core(unsinkable) and carbon reinforcements.

The Sea Rails were built by Phil Medley who was head of production at Corsair Marine for over 20 yrs and oversaw the factory's move from Chula Vista, CA to HCMC, Vietnam).
